Hello Everyone,
This is a final reminder for the special Fox Glen budget meeting the day after tomorrow at 6:00pm. The location is the Pittsfield Township Senior Center (Ellsworth at State Street, where we have our annual meetings).
Please attend if you are able. You’ll find it informative and interesting.
We’ll review 2016 financial results, the 2017 budget, the timing and scope for our capital projects and the forecast for our future dues levels.
After the short presentation, we’ll have an open discussion and respond to questions about the budget and the reserve plan. Time permitting after the questions, we can show the preliminary designs for the basin beautification project.
