There will be a special Fox Glen budget meeting on Thursday, January 26 at 6:00pm. The location is the Pittsfield Township Senior Center (Ellsworth at State Street, where we have our annual meetings).
Please attend if you are able. You’ll find it informative and interesting.
You’ll learn the forecast for our future dues levels and the timing and scope for our capital projects. We’ll also cover 2016 financial results and the 2017 budget.
After the brief presentation we’ll have an open discussion and respond to questions about the budget and the reserve plan.
