Fox Glen Co-owners and residents,
I was just informed late this afternoon that tomorrow morning (Thursday, November 10, 2016) the asphalt repair work we requested a while ago will be done on Fox Glen Drive. The work is expected to begin about 8:30am and be completed within a couple of hours. Access to one or two driveways may be blocked for a short time. The areas to be repaired were identified and marked by Ken Cousino, our civil engineer. We want to keep our roads free of potholes while we continue to build up our savings to fund complete road replacement in a few years.
Ken is able to get this small job done for us at the same time (and at the same competitively bid cost per square foot) as a larger paving project in Stonebridge that he is supervising.
