Important Snow Clearing information:
When we have a snow event, Twin Oaks sends out three separate crews to service Fox Glen. The first crew plows the streets and applies salt on the streets; another crew clears the driveways, and the final crew clears the sidewalks, walkways and garage aprons and applies the ice melt product to the concrete areas, including the driveways. (the garage apron is the area right in front of the garage door that is cleared by hand to keep machinery away from the garage doors.)
If vehicles are parked in your driveway, the driveway crew will clear only accessible areas. The crew also will not make return trips to clear off your driveway once the driveway has been serviced. It is best to keep your vehicles in the garage until the snow has been plowed.
