Over the next couple of weeks (from Nov 11 to Nov 20, 2015) grading work will occur behind homes along Ellsworth and Lohr Roads near the pond. This work was ordered by the Board and is considered maintenance work to restore proper drainage to help with the wet conditions behind some of the homes. We’ll assess the success in the spring and determine if any further work will be needed.
Prior to the work, MISS DIG will come to flag the areas. Please DO NOT REMOVE the flags around your homes until all the grading work has been completed and you receive notice from the Board.
