Hello, Fox Glen Co-owners and Residents,
Our concrete project will begin next week Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Painted sidewalk flags and curbs will be replaced. In addition, some driveways will be replaced (at co-owner expense). Our contractor is Doan Concrete. Here’s the project schedule (weather permitting):
1. Tuesday, 23 May 2017 – Doan starts saw cutting curbs
2. Wednesday, 24 May 2017 – Doan starts removing and replacing curbs and walks NOT related to possible driveway projects
3. Friday, 26 May 2017 – Doan completes non-driveway related curbs & walks and cleans site for the holiday weekend
4. Tuesday, 30 May 2017 – Doan begins work on homeowner driveways as directed and completes the associated approaches, walks and curbs, including bituminous backfill along pavement edges
5. Friday, 2 June 2017 – Doan completes project and cleans site
IMPORTANT:
Sidewalk replacement will be paid for by the Association, EXCEPT the sidewalks that are located in co-owner driveways. For those sidewalks, the Association will have unsafe sidewalk flags replaced and will then invoice the co-owner for the work. All affected co-owners will be notified of their cost before the work begins.
