Fox Glen Co-owners and residents,
Work on the concrete project has begun. Today (5/24/2017), most of the curb replacement work was done. Cones mark where the new curbs have been poured. Please do not drive or park on the new curbs until the cones are removed (in about 5-7 days).
Tomorrow (Thursday 5/25) they’ll start on the sidewalks. If any sidewalks are marked in front of your driveway, you should begin parking your vehicle(s) on the street so your vehicles are not blocked in your garage.
Park on the opposite side of the street from the sidewalks, whenever possible, so the workers have access to the sidewalks without risking damage to your vehicle.
Next week the driveways will be done. If you are having your driveway done, remember to park your vehicles on the street because, obviously, once work begins you will not be able to get in or out of your garage.
