Fox Glen co-owners & residents,
This is to let you know that next week we will have concrete leveling, grinding and caulking work done on portions of our sidewalks – both the exterior sidewalks (along Ellsworth, Lohr, and Rodeo) and our interior sidewalks in front of our homes. This sidewalk maintenance is being done primarily for safety reasons to reduce trip hazards.
The work is expected to begin on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 (weather permitting) and it is expected to be a 3-4 day project. The work will be done by Havener Tech, a firm recommended by Joe Schuirmann, our property manager, and was approved by the Board at the April meeting.
Note that this work will NOT INCLUDE replacement of any cracked sidewalk sections, as any sidewalk replacement work will be done separately and has not been quoted yet.
