Our irrigation systems (all 3 of them) will be shut down and winterized on Thursday, October 8, 2015.
At that time, the irrigation heads in the front yards will be flagged to minimize damage from the core aerator. Core aeration of the front yards will take place as soon after that as possible (1 or 2 days). Please don’t pull the flags out.
Closely following the core aeration, Twin Oaks crews will apply topsoil to the barren areas in some of the front lawns and then the front lawns will be overseeded with hand-operated broadcast spreaders. The seeds should germinate yet this fall and the barren spots should be filled in next spring.
