Irrigation Shed Replacement Project

The Board approved a design for construction of new irrigation sheds to be built (see minutes of July 2015 Board meeting).  The order was placed and work will begin in October after our irrigation system is shut off for the season on October 8.

Our irrigation sheds have been in very poor condition for the last several years and need to be replaced.  The doors are falling off and the bottoms are rotting out – they look absolutely awful.  These 3 small irrigation sheds are very important, as they contain our 3 irrigation clocks that control all 77 zones and all 727 irrigation heads that water our lawns.

The old sheds will be removed and new sheds will be built.  In addition to building the new sheds, a protective border will be created around each of our 12 utility islands located throughout the community.  The border will protect the utility elements (phone, cable, electrical) from accidental damage from mowers and/or string trimmers and will improve the overall appearance of our grounds.
