Dear Fox Glen co-owners and residents,
A final reminder: our Annual Meeting will be held one week from today on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the Pittsfield Township Senior Center (at the corner of State Street and Ellsworth). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for sign-in, food & refreshments. The meeting will be called to order at 6:15 p.m. All co-owners and residents are encouraged to attend. You could win one of five $30 Meijer gift cards.
The main purpose of the meeting is to hold the annual election for Directors to sit on the Board to manage the Association. It’s also an opportunity for the Board to review with members the past year and impart an understanding of where Fox Glen is headed. You’ll hear updates on basin beautification, the road project and future dues levels.
