A 2nd reminder and invitation…
Our Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the Pittsfield Township Senior Center (at the corner of State Street and Ellsworth). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for sign-in, food & refreshments. The meeting will be called to order at 6:15 p.m.
Important reminder: if you have any issues or problems that need to be dealt with, please contact Jeff at 734-663-1900 ext 230, jdobbs@thecondopros.com or the board at board@staging.foxglenassociation.org before the annual meeting! Don’t save them for the meeting because it’s not the time or place for us to first hear about things that might have happened weeks ago.
The meeting will be 75 minutes total. The main purpose is to hold the annual election for Directors to sit on the Board to manage the Association. You’ll also hear updates on basin beautification, the road project and future dues levels.
We’ll again have five (5) drawings, each for a $30 Meijer gift card – who knows, you could win.
If you can’t attend, it would help a lot if you could please sign the proxy form you received in the mail and give it to a neighbor who will be attending the meeting.
