Hello, Everyone,
Reminder: The next Board meeting – on Thursday, January 14, 2015 at 6:00pm – is an open meeting. Any interested co-owners or residents are invited to attend. We are expecting that there might be many interested co-owners, so we’ve reserved space at the Pittsfield Township Senior Center (corner of State & Ellsworth).
At the meeting we ‘ll outline the additional dues increases over the next 4-5 years needed to fund the big road/gutter/sidewalk project and open the floor for discussion and questions.
We’ll take as much time as needed for the discussion and to respond to questions, especially questions about the dues increase, the big projects looming in the next few years, and the R&R changes.
We look forward to seeing you at that important meeting!
