Dear Fox Glen co-owners and residents,
This is a reminder – and an invitation:
Our Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the Pittsfield Township Senior Center (at the corner of State Street and Ellsworth). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for refreshments and the meeting will be called to order at 6:15 p.m. All co-owners and residents are encouraged to attend.
The meeting is reasonably brief (about 75 minutes total) and the main purpose is to hold the annual election for Directors to sit on the Board to manage the Association.
There will be enough refreshments provided to make a light meal (Potbelly sandwiches, chips, fruit tray, cookies, and water). We’ll again have five (5) drawings, and each drawing will be for a $30 Meijer gift card (only those present can win – based on last year, attendees have roughly a 1-in-5 chance of winning!).
If you are unable to attend, please at least sign the proxy form you received in the mail and give it to a neighbor who will be attending the meeting. Your signed proxy will help make sure that we have a quorum to legally conduct Association business at the Annual Meeting.
