Parking information for concrete project

Fox Glen owners and residents,

This coming week (beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, May 30) will see quite a bit of concrete work in Fox Glen.  Driveway replacement and driveway sidewalk work is planned at the addresses listed below, so do not park right in front of these units during the day – park on the opposite side of the street as near to your own house as you reasonably can.  Be mindful that some of our residents are elderly or handicapped and let them have the places nearest their homes.

Also, don’t park on both sides of the street, as the concrete trucks might not be able to get through.  If this happens, we would have to tow vehicles and we really don’t want to do that.

Parking will be allowed overnight on our streets (Fox Glen Drive, Bridle Pass and Santa Fe Trail), as well as in our 11 additional off-road parking spaces, for the duration of the project (this week while the work is done and next week as the concrete sets).

Those who are parking a 2nd car during the day – and who are in good health – please consider parking along Rodeo to ease congestion on our roads.
