Dear Fox Glen co-owners,
A few items to update you about:
1. Pond fountain is back – The Pond Guy re-installed our pond fountain earlier this week. They remove the fountain each fall, store it for the winter, and clean it before re-installing in the spring.
2. Spring Cleanup done – Our lawn/snow service provider, Garrett Landscaping, performed spring cleanup last week and applied pre-season fertilizer and weed control. Our lawns are beginning to green up.
Spring cleanup included repair of snow plow turf damage along curbs, as well as cleaning the pine needles and cones from the road around the Lohr Rd. entrance island. Valley Ranch has done all cleanup and tree spraying for the island in the past. We agreed to share some of the expense.
3. Irrigation systems – Depending on the weather, our 3 irrigation water meters will be re-installed and our 3 irrigation systems will be turned on by Garrett sometime in May.
4. Potholes – Our potholes will be repaired probably around the June timeframe. That’s when large asphalt projects nearby occur that we can benefit from.
